The advantage to a company here is its ability to maintain a workforce that is dedicated to improvement as well as committed to staying around for a while. Furthermore, there is a sense of gratitude and loyalty that comes with being given a useful and lucrative education, such as a good talent management team will provide. With a company working hard to keep its employee base employable, those working for the company tend to demonstrate much better results.
